Work on mobility for internal rotation of your shoulder. Your elbows are not going high and outside at all. Watch the video, when you jump the bar goes out and around too much instead of straight up b/c the elbows aren't coming high and outside. That's partly why it's so unstable to catch b/c it's going in more of a circular motion than a vertical motion.. make sense?
