@160 (pr)
@160..ugly but hey..I wasnt feeling it and I got a PR so I guess it will have to do.

B. Back Squat- build to 1RM
@315, felt like crap on these and that is 5lbs under pr

C. OHS- build to 1RM
@250!!! 15lb PR and also a 5lb pr on the jerk so I am pumped
