All @ 185..never done this tempo but I think should be heavier, feeling weak first day back
B. Front Squat @ 30X0 (strict tempo even the 0 at the top)- 3 x 10 heavy; rest 2:30
135,145,145...same as above..hard tempo but should be better
C. Lunges- 200 walking
No break, 6:48 was the time just for kicks
D. 400m sled drag w/ 115#
